Job summary

FIRST Security in Auckland (Mt Wellington) is seeking a Client Services Manager to elevate customer experience across multiple sites. You’ll manage a portfolio of Auckland-based clients, be the first point of contact for support, and champion the customer voice to ensure promises are delivered.

In this role you’ll lead, motivate, and support your team in the field, build strong stakeholder relationships, drive financial performance, and complete operational reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ leadership experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in security or service sector is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Auckland-based clients.
• Be the first point of contact for support, escalation, and service delivery.
• Champion the customer voice internally and ensure promises are delivered.
• Lead, motivate, and support your team in the field.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
