Job summary

NZME is seeking a Client & Content Solutions Specialist to plan and deliver multichannel campaigns across our Hamilton region. You will work with the Commercial Sales Team and On-Air Talent to connect brands with audiences through creative, data-informed campaigns.

You will coordinate proposals, activation plans and post-campaign reports, while managing budgets and timelines to maximize audience engagement and commercial success. A driver’s license and MS Office proficiency are required.

• Strong client relationship skills and proactive communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organisation and execution of Client & Content Solutions across NZME platforms.
• Deliver high-quality campaigns across on-air, online, social and live activations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and on-air talent to create effective solutions.
• Prepare proposals, activation plans and post-campaign reports.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure costs are recovered.
• Maintain activity calendar and timelines; monitor delivery and outcomes.
• Produce post-activity analysis to demonstrate results and drive repeat business.
• Support revenue growth and contribute to award-worthy campaigns.
