Job summary

The Launch Agency – Hamilton, North Island is seeking a seasoned Creative Production Coordinator to own the production line from shoot scheduling through to delivery across content, video, design, and campaign assets. You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate with editors, designers, account managers, and the performance team.

You will drive the production schedule, manage briefs, and coordinate shoots end-to-end while maintaining strict quality control and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative production, studio management, or agency traffic management.
• Able to coordinate across content, video, design, and paid media deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the production line and be the single point of accountability for department delivery.
• Build and run the production schedule, assigning work by skill, capacity, and deadlines.
• Write and manage creative briefs for client work focused on paid ad performance.
• Run shoot logistics end to end including crew, locations, talent, and equipment.
• Quality control on turnaround and performance fit across revisions.
• Feed performance signals back into production to shape briefs and shoots.
• Coordinate with account managers and media buyers on timelines and priorities.
• Use Monday.com to manage pipeline, deadlines, and documentation.
