At Trustees Executors, we protect the interests of investors by providing independent supervision and assurance across New Zealand's financial services sector. As a Client Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver on this responsibility. Working closely with the Client Assurance Manager and the wider Supervision team, you will assess the effectiveness of client control environments, identify risks, monitor remediation activities, and contribute to a robust risk-based supervision framework. You will support assurance reviews, monitoring visits, thematic reviews, and regulatory reporting while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in risk, compliance, audit, assurance, or financial services who enjoys analysing complex issues, challenging constructively, and contributing to investor protection outcomes.
You are naturally curious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the confidence to ask the right questions and the judgement to identify potential risks before they become issues.
You enjoy building relationships and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from operational teams through to senior leadership and boards. You are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a regulated environment.
