Job summary

OneStaff in Hamilton is seeking a reliable Class 2 WTR Driver to join our civil construction and drilling team. This hands‑on role combines driving with general site work, so you’ll be prepared to get involved on the ground and contribute to project delivery.

You’ll operate a Class 2 truck, support civil and drilling tasks, and help with labouring and ground work while staying focused on health and safety. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to thrive across varied sites and project

Qualifications

• Full Class 2 Licence required.
• Current WTR Endorsements (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers).
• Physically fit and willing to work on the ground.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Civil construction, drilling, or earthworks experience preferred but not essential.
• Health & safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Class 2 truck to transport equipment and materials
• Assisting with civil construction and drilling projects
• Completing general labouring and ground support duties as required
• Working safely and efficiently on a variety of sites
• Supporting crews with day-to-day operations
