Job summary

Agoge Recruitment – Wellington, North Island is seeking an experienced Class 2 Asphalt Worker to join our clients team across the Wellington region. This role blends Class 2 driving with asphalt labouring on civil and roading projects.

You will work outdoors in all weather, be physically fit, reliable and safety-focused, and hold a Full Class 2 licence. WTR endorsements are an advantage but not essential, with ongoing opportunities and an immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full Class 2 licence.
• Previous asphalt or civil construction experience preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• WTR endorsements are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle and assist with asphalt labouring on site.
• Work outdoors on civil and roading projects across Wellington.
• Support the team in a hands-on outdoor environment.
