Job summary

New Zealand Police is seeking a self-motivated File Manager to join the Nelson Criminal Justice Support Unit on a permanent, full-time basis. You will assist frontline staff with preparation of prosecution files, trial management and disclosures, ensuring compliance with national file standards and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Based at Nelson Police Station, you will manage multiple files, liaise with OC Case, PPS, Crown and Defence agencies, and produce clear prosecution reports

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a range of prosecution files (JAT, Jury, Formal Proof, Traffic Infringement).
