The Isaac Construction Co Limited seeks an experienced Site Engineer to support civil and infrastructure projects across Canterbury. You will work with project engineers, managers, crews, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Key duties include setting out, surveying checks, QA, site records and progress reporting. A tertiary Civil Engineering qualification and NZ driver’s license are required, with advancement towards chartered status

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering is essential.
Experience in civil construction site engineering, including roading, drainage and earthworks.
Competent with survey instruments, setting out and interpretation of drawings.

Responsabilités

Provide day-to-day site engineering support including setting out, surveying checks and QA on works.
Coordinate with project engineers, managers and forepersons to plan activities and resources to meet programme.
Carry out site inspections and quality control on earthworks, drainage, roading and utilities.
