Job summary

The successful candidate will work with the Project Manager to monitor progress, uphold site standards, and support safe, efficient delivery of works.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor/Foreman or similar on-site role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of health and safety requirements in construction.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day site representative and primary on-site contact.
• Track site activities and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support project administration and documentation requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture on site.
• Ensure site personnel comply with health and safety procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate communication between contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist with identifying and resolving site issues by escalating as needed.
