WSP Global Inc. in Taupo, New Zealand, is looking for a Civil Materials Laboratory Cadet. Based in Taupo, you will support testing of engineering materials in both laboratory and field environments, with travel as needed.

You will work alongside laboratory colleagues, perform routine materials testing, document results, and ensure safe, accurate work in line with quality standards. No prior laboratory experience is required, and NZ working rights are essential.

Qualifikationen

• You may be ready to step away from a trade, construction, labouring or other physical role and build a new career that still makes good use of your practical approach to work.
• You're comfortable with hands-on tasks, working both indoors and out in the field, and taking a careful, safety-focused approach to getting the job done well.
• No previous laboratory experience is necessary, making this an opportunity to learn a new technical discipline.
• NCEA Level 3 Mathematics and English are required.
• You’ll need a current, clean driver's licence.
• Due to the level of this role, we are only able to consider applicants who already hold New Zealand working rights.
