Job summary

RobLawMax Recruitment is seeking reliable and motivated Civil Labourers for ongoing work across Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kapiti and Wairarapa. You’ll join experienced crews on major civil and infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on skills and career progression.

Preference for 1–2 years drainage experience, a current driver’s licence, and a strong health and safety mindset. Pre‑employment drug test is required. PPE provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years drainage experience preferred but not essential.
• Civil construction, roading, earthworks or infrastructure experience is an advantage.
• Current driver’s licence preferred, with reliable transport.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in.
• Positive team-player attitude and commitment to health & safety.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

RobLawMax Recruitment is looking for reliable and motivated Civil Labourers for ongoing work across Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kāpiti and the Wairarapa.

Whether you’ve already got civil experience or you’re keen to get your foot in the door, we want to hear from you. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced crews and gain hands‑on experience across some of the region’s biggest civil and infrastructure projects.

What we’re looking for
