Trade Assist is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join civil crews across Christchurch. No prior civil experience is required; attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are valued as highly as practical skills.

This entry-level role involves general civil labouring, digging, lifting, assisting operators, using hand tools, and helping with drainage and earthworks. You will work outdoors, be part of a team, and build a long-term career in civil construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Restricted Class 1 Driver Licence – essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work hard.

What We're Looking For
