Job summary

RobLawMax Recruitment is seeking hard-working Civil Labourers for civil sites in Christchurch, NZ. Responsibilities include general labouring, assisting laying pipe, site preparation, moving materials, and occasional machine operation.

Ideal candidates will have a Class 1 licence, be physically fit, reliable, and have own transport. Pre-employment drug test may be required. NZ civil projects experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1 licence.
• Experience on civil/roading/drainage projects preferred.
• Must be physically fit and capable of labour duties.

Responsibilities

• Assisting laying pipe
• Site preparation
• Physical labouring moving materials
• Spotting, shovelling, plate compacting
• Potential for machine operating (loaders, rollers, compactors)
