Fulton Hogan is offering a Civil Engineering Graduate Programme in New Zealand. You will start in February 2027, rotate across business areas, receive mentoring and hands-on site experience on infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or diploma from a NZ-recognised institute, graduation 2024–2026.
• Genuine interest in practical, hands-on, site-based contracting work.

• Team-focused attitude and interest in long-term infrastructure career.

Responsibilities

• Work on site with experienced teams on real civil engineering projects.
• Rotate through different parts of the business to gain experience.
• Support project delivery through planning, coordination and day-to-day site activities.
