Job summary

Fulton Hogan invites graduates to begin a Civil Engineering career through a two-year Graduate Programme starting February 2027. You will gain hands-on experience on real infrastructure projects, with rotation across the business to build skills and take on real site-based responsibility.

You’ll work with experienced teams on planning, coordination and delivery, always keeping safety top of mind. NZ-recognised degree/diploma and a genuine interest in site work are required.

Qualifications

• A Civil Engineering degree or diploma from a NZ-recognised tertiary institute.
• Graduation between 2024 and 2026.
• Citizenship or residency in NZ or Australia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to site-based contracting work.

Responsibilities

• Work on site with experienced teams on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Rotate through different parts of the business to build experience.
• Support project delivery through planning, coordination and day-to-day site activities.
• Deliver quality outcomes while prioritising safety and wellbeing.
