Fulton Hogan Ltd. invites civil engineering graduates to start their career in February 2027 through a two-year graduate programme. You will rotate across the business, work on real projects, and be mentored for growth while prioritising safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or diploma (NZ-recognised) with graduation 2024–2026.
• New Zealand citizenship, Australian citizenship, or NZ permanent residency.
• Genuine interest in hands-on, site-based contracting work.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable approach with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work on site with experienced teams on real civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Rotate through different parts of the business to build experience and grow strengths.
• Support project delivery through planning, coordination and day-to-day site activities.
• Deliver quality outcomes while keeping safety and wellbeing front of mind.
