Job summary

CHT Healthcare Trust’s care homes in Te Puke, Bay of Plenty, seek a Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centred care and lead clinical teams. You will complete assessments, plan and delegate nursing care, and maintain documentation to ensure safety and quality of care for older residents.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families, and clinicians, mentor staff, and support ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate.
• Compassion and a passion for caring for older people.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Confidence in leading and supporting care staff.
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous learning.
• Comfort using standard IT and clinical systems.
