Job summary

CHT Hayman is seeking casual Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team at a modern 110-bed care home in Wiri, Auckland. You will provide personal care, support residents, and contribute to care plans while working mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as shifts arise.

We value empathy, respect for older people, and a genuine desire to grow in healthcare. A roster-based schedule and reliable transport are essential, with eligibility to work in New Zealand.

This modern 110-bed care home is situated in a fast-growing community, offering a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

We are currently seeking 3 x Casual Healthcare Assistants superstars to join our team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality care and support to residents while being available to work a variety of shifts as they become available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

What you will be doing but not limited to:

• Providing personal care support to our residents
• Contribution to care plan reviews
• Maintaining residents’ rooms and living areas tidy
• Meeting training requirements
