Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Waiuku is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our friendly 60-bed care home. We value compassionate, reliable, and flexible nurses who can work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and make a real difference in residents’ lives.

You’ll need a current NZ Registered Nurse APC and valid NZ work rights. You’ll perform clinical assessments, plan and deliver care, document accurately, and support the care team in a collaborative, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate (APC).
• Ability to work across flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Capability to lead and support care staff.
• Comfort with standard IT and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments
• Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care
• Maintain documentation and monitor health changes
• Review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness

Job description

We’re looking for a Casual Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at a beautiful 60-bed care home in Waiuku. We’re after a caring, reliable and flexible nurse who is happy to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and enjoys making a genuine difference in the lives of our residents. To be considered, you’ll need a current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and valid NZ work rights. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centred care. Every day you will:

• Review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, whānau, and allied health professionals
