Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant profession.
• NZ Registration with the relevant professional body.
• Annual Practising Certificate with the relevant professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical work experience in the relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years senior leadership experience at management level.
• Knowledge of change management and Quality Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Experience with clinical teaching/supervision.
• Post-graduate diploma in leadership or clinical, or a certificate with evidence of ongoing development.
• Knowledge of NZ Health & Disability sector standards and the Privacy Act.
