Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-qualification clinical social work experience.
• Proven leadership capability and track record of service improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Senior social work leadership experience in district/health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical leadership for the social work workforce and lead strategic initiatives across Allied Health.
• Contribute to policy development, set professional standards, and ensure quality and safety of clinical practice.
• Influence service improvement, workforce development, and CPD initiatives for the social work workforce.
• Collaborate with other Allied Health leaders to advance interdisciplinary models of care.
