Job summary

Seequent seeks a Senior Director, Technology Operations to lead central technology operations, building shared infrastructure, deployment systems, and platform reliability across product teams worldwide. You will partner with engineering leaders to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.

This role combines strong technical judgment with executive-level leadership, guiding teams across security, operations, and DevOps while aligning with Bentley Systems standards and global time

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of software engineering leadership experience.
Tertiary level qualification in Software Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead Technology Operations roadmap with focus on reliability, security, resilience, and cost.
Build and operate shared platform capabilities (cloud foundations, CI/CD, tooling, HPC, AI/ML environments).
Oversee AppSec program across products and platforms, embed secure SDLC practices.
Direct build/deploy systems with security and quality checks in CI/CD pipelines.
Define SLOs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement using data and post-incident learning.
