Job summary

Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation seeks a Head of Enterprise Strategy to shape the organisation's long‑term direction and priorities. You will lead the development and evolution of enterprise strategy, working closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and Board to identify opportunities, risks and trade‑offs that drive execution and value.

The role translates strategy into clear priorities, tests assumptions, and brings external perspectives to align investment and enterprise agendas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise strategy in complex organisations.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear strategic options.
• Track record advising executive leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of enterprise strategy.
• Advise CEO, Leadership Team and Board on strategic choices.
