Chief Development Officer

• 8-10 years of progressive development/fundraising experience, with a track record securing six- and seven-figure gifts
• Proven success diversifying revenue beyond government grants into major gifts, corporate partnerships, and foundation support
• Experience designing and executing capital campaigns and multi-year fundraising strategies
• Skilled at board engagement and mobilizing senior leaders as fundraising ambassadors
• Strong leadership managing multi-site or remote development teams
• Proficient in donor CRM platforms, moves management, and data-driven fundraising decisions
• Deep alignment with the organization’s mission and values
