Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough is seeking two experienced cooks to join our busy restaurant. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of chicken dishes, sauces and accompaniments, with a focus on quality and consistency.

The role involves working 30–35 hours per week on a weekly payroll. Candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience or NZQF Level 4 in the relevant major, and be able to work weekends, public holidays and peak

Formación

• Two years of experience in a similar cook role or NZQF Level 4 in relevant major or above.
• Good communication, time management and high standard personal hygiene.
• Available to work on weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, present and serve chicken dishes, sides and sauces to high standards.
• Cook according to standard recipes, steps and techniques for each menu item.
• Cook meals in quantities based on daily forecasts and customer numbers.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment before each service.
• Prepare ingredients: clean, portion, marinate, batter, and prep vegetables.
