Job summary

Walter’s Tavern in Queenstown is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the heart of town. Deliver consistent pub classics and quality meals for locals and visitors.

You will work across multiple sections in a busy, high-volume kitchen and contribute to a positive team culture while maintaining food safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Passionate about delivering great food and consistent quality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
