Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Passionate about delivering great food and consistent quality
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
