Job summary

Westport U Immigration is seeking up to two permanent Chefs who specialize in Thai cuisine to join Smiley's Thai & Takeaways in Westport. The role requires a minimum of 24 months in commercial kitchens, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and five days of work including weekends and holidays.

• Provide input into menus and dishes to ensure an authentic Thai experience.
• Monitor the quality of food being produced.
• Estimate and prepare stock ahead of service.
• Undertake and enforce hygiene regulations, including monitoring fridge and storage conditions.

Job Description

Smiley's Pizza & Takeaways Limited trading as Smiley's Thai & Takeaways in Westport is seeking up to two permanent Chefs who are experts in Thai cuisine.

To be successful in this role, you must have an absolute minimum of 24 months' work experience in commerical kitchens.

We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours work per week. The successful applicant must be available five days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
