Job summary

Woolworths Group in New Zealand is seeking a Checkout Operator to join our Dunedin store team. You’ll deliver face-to-face customer service, manage cash and EFTPOS payments, and help customers with product knowledge.

This role suits someone who enjoys working on their feet, communicates clearly, and supports compliance with age-restricted sales. You’ll also assist at self-checkouts and be a friendly welcome at the till.

• Face to face customer service at checkouts

• Help us stick to the rules around the sale of age restricted goods, such as tobacco and alcohol
