Job summary

Farm Friends Early Childhood Centre in Auckland is seeking an inspiring Centre Manager / Registered ECE Teacher to lead our nature-focused early learning environment. You will guide a dedicated team, support families, and ensure compliance with NZ ECE standards.

We value hands-on leadership, collaboration with whānau, and a passion for children’s exploration and growth in nature. This is a full-time on-site role in Swanson, Auckland.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered ECE Teacher is required.
• Experience leading an early learning team is highly preferred.
• Strong communication with families and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily centre operations and ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Support and develop teaching staff through mentoring and training.
• Foster strong relationships with whānau and the local community.
