Job summary

The Grange Early Learning Centre in Auckland, Sunnyvale, Henderson near the North Island coastal edge, seeks an experienced, NZ-registered ECE Centre Manager to lead a small, warm centre with heart and purpose.

You will inspire and develop the teaching team, build genuine partnerships with whānau, and uphold Te Whāriki and quality teaching in a homely community setting under new ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced ECE leader with a passion for young children.
• Holds a recognised ECE teaching qualification and NZ registration.
• In-depth knowledge of Te Whāriki and quality teaching practice.
• Committed to building partnerships with whanau and the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the teaching team to deliver quality early childhood education.
• Foster warm, inclusive relationships with families and whānau.
• Oversee day-to-day centre operations and compliance with NZ regulations.

The Grange early learning centre in Sunnyvale, Henderson is under new ownership. Are you an experienced, qualified and NZ registered ECE teacher?

We have a leadership role with heart, connection and purpose, come and lead a little centre with a big heart.

We are a homely centre that has been part of our community for over 25 years, now under new ownership we are excited to begin our next chapter.

We are looking for someone who:

• is an experienced ECE leader
• holds a recognised ECE teaching qualification and NZ registration
• has in-depth knowledge of Te Whariki and quality teaching practice
• is passionate about children, their families and relationships
• leads with warmth, confidence and integrity
• can inspire, support and develop the teaching team
• values genuine partnerships with whanau and our community
• is organised, proactive and solution focused.
