Job summary

Church Road, part of Vinarchy, Hawke's Bay, is seeking a charismatic Cellar Door Host to welcome guests, conduct curated tastings and share the winery’s award‑winning legacy. You’ll manage multiple groups, keep energy high, and create memorable experiences that guests talk about long after they leave.

Weekend availability is essential and you must be available for shifts across Christmas and New Year. Visa holders are encouraged to apply; WSET knowledge or local hospitality experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for the craft.
• Proven customer service experience and confidence hosting multiple groups at a time.
• Warm communication style and a team‑first mindset.
• Visa holders encouraged to apply.
• Bonus points: WSET or wine education, liquor industry experience and local hospitality knowledge.

Responsibilities
