In this pivotal role, you’ll support our kitchen brigade by coordinating and managing all cleaning and hygiene schedules, leading a diverse casual team, and ensuring our stewarding operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working in the venue and event industry means supporting the delivery of events across our event calendar. This means that weekend, evening and public holiday work will be required.
