Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, coordination or a similar operational role, ideally within the health and disability sector.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident communication with staff, managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to respond to rostering challenges with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rostering and operational activities to ensure services are well-resourced and run smoothly.
• Coordinate staff schedules, roster changes and shift allocations.
• Maintain effective communication across teams and with Service Managers.
• Support day-to-day rostering operations and respond to changing needs.
