Qualifications

• Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
• Have good clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Have good time management and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Be experienced in undertaking interRai assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses to provide comprehensive healthcare to residents.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated plan of health care.
• Perform general nursing functions with sound clinical judgment.
