Pathways Auckland is seeking casual Peer Support Specialists who bring lived experience with mental distress or addiction to support tāngata whai ora and their whānau on their recovery journeys. You’ll join a peer-led team at Tupu Ake, covering 24/7 shifts, with flexible hours and a supportive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have Kia Mataara or Intentional Peer Support training, a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate or plans to start training within three months, and a current
