Waimakariri District Council is seeking a Casual Library Customer Service Assistant to work across the Kaiapoi, Rangiora and Oxford libraries. This casual, as-needed role is ideal for someone who enjoys frontline customer service in a vibrant, community-focused environment.

You will help customers access eBooks on their devices, navigate online learning, recommend reads, support engaging programmes and ensure our collections remain welcoming and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Access and download the eBook collection on customers' devices
• Navigate online courses to help customers advance their careers
