Help manage crowds and event access points
Provide great customer service
Support a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending
Handle situations calmly and professionally
No two shifts are the same, and you'll be right in the middle of the action.
A positive attitude and good communication skills
Reliability and professionalism
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
A clean criminal record
Must be 18+ and legally entitled to work in New Zealand
Current COA Licence or eligibility to obtain one (we can help you obtain this)
Experience in security, hospitality, retail, customer service or events is a bonus, but not essential.
