Job summary

PGG Wrightson in Kaikohe is seeking a Casual Customer Service Representative to support our busy store team during peak periods.

In this role you will process sales and product requests, assist customers and suppliers, and help with routine administrative tasks. A passion for New Zealand agriculture and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in and passion for the New Zealand agricultural sector.
• Previous retail and/or sales experience is an advantage with a strong "people focus".
• Sales and customer focused.
• Good physical fitness as heavy lifting is required.
• Approved Handlers and/or Dangerous Goods certification would be preferred.
• Forklift license and endorsement would be advantageous.
• A full, current and clean New Zealand driver licence is essential (trailer towing would be an advantage).
