Job summary

Tradestaff in Drury, South Auckland, is seeking an experienced Carpenter for ongoing commercial projects with an immediate start and weekly pay. You will perform structural framing, formwork, fit-out and finishing tasks across varied job-sites.

You will read and interpret plans, measure and install timber, and work alongside experienced trades to maintain high workmanship and site safety. Immediate start on multiple sites available.

Qualifications

• NZ Trade Qualified Carpenter or equivalent experience.
• Proven commercial or residential construction experience.
• Confident reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
• Own tools and reliable transport.
• Safety-focused with high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural and general carpentry across commercial projects.
• Complete framing, formwork, fit-out and finishing work.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut and install timber and other building materials.
• Assist with concrete formwork and structural works where required.

Experienced Carpenter looking for solid commercial work, competitive rates and weekly pay? We’re looking for skilled Carpenters to join commercial construction projects in Drury. You’ll be working across different stages of construction, from structural framing and formwork through to fit-out and finishing. If you take pride in your workmanship, work well with other trades and want ongoing opportunities on professional sites, we want to hear from you.

Location: Drury, South Auckland

Start date: Immediate

Pay rate: $33.00–$35.00 per hour (Weekly pay)
