Ryman Healthcare seeks a caring caregiver for Shona McFarlane Retirement Village in Lower Hutt. This part-time role involves weekend hours as scheduled, with a welcoming team and supportive culture focused on residents’ comfort and safety.

You will follow individual care plans and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, using the latest technology to deliver high-quality care. We value empathy, clear communication, and a professional, reliable approach.

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Shona McFarlane Retirement Village, Lower Hutt as a Caregiver. We have a Part Time position available working:

• Saturday - 0700 -1330 Hours
• Sunday - 1500 - 2300 Hours

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You

We'd love you to have experience working in Aged care, but that's not essential.
