Essie Summers Retirement Village in Christchurch seeks a caring and reliable caregiver. The role involves supporting residents daily, following personalised care plans, and building strong relationships with residents and their families.

You will use the village’s care app, myRyman, to assist in coordinating tasks and communicating with the team. Two fixed-term full-time positions are available (3 months), with a focus on compassionate care, teamwork, and consistent, respectful support for

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Essie Summers Retirement Village in Christchurch as a Caregiver. We have two Fixed Term position available working:

• Shift Option 2: Full Time, Fixed term 3 months, Monday - Friday and Sunday 0700 – 1330

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residentsand their families
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleaguescreating a great team environment

We'd love you to have experience working in Aged care, but that's not essential.
