Qualifications
- Strong technical background in physical card issuance and personalization.
- Experience presenting and conducting product demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
- Knowledge of APIs and cloud services related to issuance.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to design technical solutions.
- Present pre-sales on card services, onboarding, and architecture.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations (in-person and remote).
- Assess customer requirements to minimize customization.
- Ensure consistent messaging from pre-sales to delivery.
- Coordinate inputs for P&L with Sales.
- Create collateral and demos for marketing.
- Provide feedback to product engineering teams.
