Private Advertiser is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Agent to join our car rental team near Auckland Airport. The role supports daily operations and delivers Kiwi hospitality to customers as part of a busy car rental business.

You will assist with bookings, inquiries, vehicle inspections, scheduling, and returns, while coordinating rentals and maintaining records. Weekend availability and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 years' experience in customer service, sales, or front-of-house roles.
• Full driver licence required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability on weekends.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers with booking, phone enquiries and trip information.
• Assisting with vehicle inspections and administrative tasks including vehicle scheduling and maintenance planning.
• Supporting the coordination of vehicle rentals and returns, including documentation and record keeping.
• Managing inventory systems and tracking vehicle availability and allocation.
• Liaising between customers, management, and maintenance staff to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Supporting the preparation of vehicles for rental, including cleaning, refuelling, and minor servicing checks.
