Job summary

Tiaki Wai seeks a senior leader to head the Capital Delivery Group in the Wellington region, setting strategic direction for civil design, PMO and major infrastructure projects. You will ensure governance, assurance and benefits realisation while driving a multi-year capital programme and building essential capability and partnerships.

You will lead with strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement, influencing Boards, councils and industry to deliver reliable, affordable water services

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field with senior leadership experience.
Proven track record delivering large, complex infrastructure programmes.
Strong governance, assurance and benefits realisation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Capital Delivery Group and set strategic direction for major infrastructure.
Provide executive oversight across programme lifecycle with governance and procurement focus.
Shape capability, resourcing and delivery frameworks for multi-year capital work.
Build influential stakeholder relationships with Boards, councils and contractors.
