UNIVERSITY UNION | TE UNIANA O ŌTĀKOU WHAKAIHU WAKA is seeking five Front of House Supervisors for Toroa College, Caroline Freeman College, Arana College, Te Rangihiroa College, and University College food service teams in Ōtepoti/Dunedin.

The roles are permanent, full-time, semester-time (February to November) positions offering 40 hours per week with weekend shifts. Start February 2027; relocation within Dunedin campuses may occur. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background in food service is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience supervising service staff is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide front of house service for college meals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with cleaning and some food preparation as needed.
• Supervise service staff and maintain service standards.
• Organise rosters and manage day-to-day operations, including weekends.
