Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services seeks an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program, ensuring a clear, timely, and compliant customer experience.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing communications within regulated environments, with a background in Financial Services or Payments preferred and ability to travel to client sites regularly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in marketing communications, lifecycle or customer marketing.
• Experience delivering communications in complex, regulated environments.
• Background in Financial Services, Payments or similar industries preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale change or migration programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to travel to client sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program, ensuring customers experience a clear, timely and seamless transition.
• Design and deliver complex, multi-channel customer communications across the full migration lifecycle, working with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, customer-friendly communications.
• Manage timelines and budgets for communications delivery.
• Collaborate with product, operations, risk, legal, compliance, technology and delivery teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Coordinate agencies and vendor partners as required.
• Partner with marketing teams to support business growth.
