Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience in business analysis within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in banking, payments, or card issuing domains.
• Experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or scheme-related initiatives.
• Experience across multiple technology platforms, vendor environments, and large-scale Agile/hybrid programs.

• Interpret global payment mandates and deliver scheme-related changes for compliance.
• Elicit requirements, model business processes, analyze data, and map requirements.
• Backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT support.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, manage vendor engagement, and executive communication.
• Identify risk, compile audit evidence, and support governance reporting.
