You will plan menus with Chefs, manage rosters and costs, maintain stock and records, and ensure health compliance. The right candidate will have hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and the flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in hospitality.
• Hospitality or management diploma/degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing rosters and labour costs.
• Ability to plan menus with Chefs and coordinate daily operations.
• Willingness to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus in consultation with Chefs.
• Coordinate daily cafe operations.
• Organize special functions.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Purchase and price goods according to budget.
• Maintain stock and financial records.
• Ensure health regulations compliance and cleanliness.
• Consult with customers on satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff.
• Take reservations, greet guests, assist with orders.
• Maintain premises incident records.
