Café Assistant – Richmond Village

We’re now looking for a Café Assistant for our Richmond Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you’ll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standard
• Assisting with catering for village events and resident functions
• Handling cash and reconciling daily takings

Working closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable. This role will involve working on Sundays 9am‑4pm.

Qualifications

You will bring a warm and positive approach to everything you do, along with:

• A warm, friendly personality with great customer service skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to multitask
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
